Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Exposure Club™ Marketing Tools at https://exposure-club-downloader.onrender.com.

1. Digital Nature of the Service

We sell digital credits and subscriptions that provide immediate access to our tools. Because credits can be used as soon as they are added to your account, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been used.

2. Subscriptions

• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access and any remaining credits continue until the end of the current paid period.
• We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

3. Credit Packs

One-time credit packs are non-refundable once any portion of the purchased credits has been used. If you have not used any of the credits from a specific purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of that purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email marketing@exposureclub.co with your account email and details of the purchase. Eligible refunds are processed through our payment provider, Paddle, to your original payment method.

5. Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. If you were charged in error or experienced a technical failure that prevented you from receiving credits you paid for, contact us and we will make it right.
